Privacy clause for candidates

  1. Personal data processing

 

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, all persons registering or submitting an application (hereinafter referred to as "the Candidates") for jobs offered by Fagor Electrónica S.Coop. are hereby informed that the personal data provided by the Candidate will be processed by Fagor Electrónica S.Coop. for purposes of managing his/her involvement in the staff selection processes carried out by Fagor Electrónica S.Coop. and its group companies.

We also inform of the following:

 

  1. Granting us permission to process the personal data you provide us with means that you give us your consenton accepting this Privacy Policy.
  2. You are not obliged to provide your personal data, but if you do not provide it you cannot participate or be considered in the selection processes of Fagor Electrónica S.Coop. and/or its group companies.

  10. The personal data will be stored for the time required to meet the purpose for which it was collected, up to a maximum of 2 years and, after this time, during the period of limitation for any liabilities that may derive from the processing of the data.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing, opposition to processing and portability of your data and also your right to withdraw your consent at any time (which will not affect the legality of the processing based on consent received before its withdrawal), by emailing your request to: rrhh@fagorelectronica.es
  12. You are entitled to file a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

 

  1. Candidates of legal age only

 

This employment service is offered by Fagor Electrónica S.Coop. to persons of legal age only. The Candidate acknowledges that he/she is of legal age. Otherwise, the Candidate must exit this website immediately.

 

  1. The Candidate’s Obligations

 

The Candidate declares that the data provided is true and accurate, committing to keeping it updated and notifying Fagor Electrónica S.Coop. of any modification thereto. The Candidate exempts Fagor Electrónica S.Coop. from any consequences or damages that may be caused to third parties as a result of the inaccuracy of the said data. Fagor Electrónica S.Coop. reserves the right to verify all the Candidates’ data.

 

The Candidate is responsible for any third-party data they provide to Fagor Electrónica S.Coop., with regard to which the Candidate must obtain prior express consent from the said third parties, having informed them of the terms of this Privacy Policy. The Candidate agrees to hold Fagor Electrónica S.Coop. harmless with regard to any claim, fine or sanction that may be imposed on it as a result of the Candidate’s failure to comply with the obligations set out in this paragraph.

  1. Intellectual and industrial property

 

All the content of this website, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and any other audiovisual or sound content, and its graphic design and source codes (hereinafter referred to as the “Content”) are the intellectual property of Fagor Electrónica S.Coop. or its group companies and no rights of use acknowledged in the current intellectual property legislation in this regard can be considered as having been granted to the Candidate, except those that are strictly necessary for use of this employment service.

 

The trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs belong to Fagor Electrónica S.Coop. or its group companies, and accessing this employment service cannot be considered to attribute any rights to the said trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs

 

  1. Security of processing

 

Fagor Electrónica S.Coop. has adopted the appropriate technical and organisational means to guarantee a suitable level of security with regard to the risk involved in the data processing it carries out.

 

  1. Modification of this Privacy Policy

 

Fagor Electrónica S.Coop. reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to future legislation or jurisprudence and industry practices. In any case, we will notify the Candidates of any such changes by email.
