Job description

At Smart Data Services (SDS), a subsidiary of Fagor Electrónica specializing in technological solutions for fleet management and smart data, we are looking for a Technical Customer Manager to lead technical customer management, ensuring compliance with the defined SLA (Service Level Agreement).

What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for the technical management of customers, playing a key role in their coordination, development, loyalty, and satisfaction.

️ What will you do on a daily basis?

  • You will lead and execute assigned technical tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction by complying with the defined SLA.
  •  You will master the products, technologies, and sector of Smart Data Services.
  • You will collaborate with customer managers with the aim of improving the customer experience.
  • You will propose improvements in operational processes and functional tools.

Requirements

  • Academic background: Advanced vocational training in electronics or telecommunications.
  • Experience in similar environments.
  • Knowledge of the transport/logistics sector and IT technologies.
  • Languages: English level B2. Other languages will be valued depending on the market.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SAP, CRM, and office automation.
  • Proactive, achievement-oriented, with experience in quality tools and problem solving.
