Job description

Are you passionate about dealing with customers and want to be part of a constantly evolving technological environment?

In Smart Data Services (SDS), a subsidiary of Fagor Electrónica specialized in technological solutions for fleet management and smart data, we are looking for a Customer Manager to lead the relationship with our strategic customers.

What will be your mission?

You will be responsible for building loyalty and developing the assigned accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and contributing to the achievement of business objectives. You will actively participate in the definition of the commercial strategy together with the team, transferring the voice of the customer to the organization.

️ What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

You will define and implement the commercial strategy in your area of responsibility.
You will manage the relationship with customers, leading loyalty and continuous improvement processes.
You will have in-depth knowledge of the product, the sector and market trends.
You will coordinate actions with other departments and participate in improvement projects.
You will collect and share key information about the market, customers and competition.
You will participate in sales committees providing updated and strategic vision.

Requirements

What are we looking for in you?

Training: Higher Level Training Cycle or university degree. Training in telecommunications or electronics is desirable.
Experience in commercial areas.
Knowledge of the transport/logistics sector and IT technologies.
English level B2. Other languages will be valued.
Proactive person, achievement oriented, with commercial vision, collaboration and leadership skills.
Handling of tools such as SAP, CRM and office automation.
